Bless CRST is a Central Sterile Review Class based in New Jersey, founded and provided by Kathiana Isaac to support individuals preparing for their Central Sterile Processing certification examinations.
We understand that preparing for a certification exam can be challenging. Central Sterile Processing requires attention to detail, technical knowledge, strong safety practices, and an understanding of every stage of the sterile processing cycle.
Our purpose is to make the review process more structured, focused, practical, and easier to understand.
Through instructor-led review, targeted study materials, practice questions, and guided learning, Bless CRST helps students strengthen their knowledge and approach their certification preparation with greater confidence.
MEET OUR INSTRUCTOR
Hi, I am Kathiana Isaac, a Central Sterile Technician and Educator with 15 years of experience in the Central Sterile field. Throughout my career, I have developed strong knowledge and hands-on experience in decontamination, instrument inspection and assembly, sterilization, infection prevention, and safe instrument processing.
Through Bless CRST, I use my experience as both a Central Sterile Technician and Educator to help students understand essential concepts and prepare for their certification with structure, clarity, and confidence.
My approach focuses on making Central Sterile education easier to understand by combining real-world experience with practical learning. I enjoy helping students understand challenging topics and develop the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed in the field.
My mission is to use my 15 years of Central Sterile experience and passion for education to support future Central Sterile professionals as they work toward certification, career growth, and success.
