All payments made for Bless CRST classes, courses, review programs, educational services, and related materials are non-refundable.

 

By completing registration and payment, the student acknowledges and agrees that the purchase is final and that Bless CRST does not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind or change in personal circumstances

• Failure to attend a scheduled class

• Late attendance or early departure

• Failure to complete the course

• Failure to participate in course activities

• Failure to take or pass a certification examination

• Changes in examination plans or certification eligibility

• Personal, professional, travel, scheduling, or employment conflicts

• Failure to review course information before registration

• Any unused portion of a course or service

8.1 Student Cancellations

​

Students may cancel their registration by contacting Bless CRST. However, cancellation by a student does not create an entitlement to a refund. Any cancellation request will be treated as a cancellation of the student's participation, and the amount paid will remain non-refundable.

8.2 Class Changes or Rescheduling

​

Bless CRST reserves the right to change class dates, times, instructors, locations, delivery methods, or other course details when reasonably necessary.

Where a class is rescheduled, Bless CRST may provide the student with the opportunity to attend the rescheduled class or another available class, subject to availability. Rescheduling or transfer options are determined by Bless CRST and do not constitute a refund.

8.3 Class Cancellation by Bless CRST

If Bless CRST cancels a class or is unable to provide the registered service, Bless CRST may, at its discretion, offer the student a transfer to a rescheduled class or another comparable Bless CRST course or service.

If applicable law requires a refund in a particular circumstance, the refund will be handled in accordance with that applicable law.

8.4 No Refund for Examination Results

​

Payment for a Bless CRST review class is for educational and examination-preparation services. No refund will be provided based on examination results, including failure to pass a certification examination, failure to obtain certification, or failure to meet a certification organization's eligibility requirements.

8.5 Exceptions Required by Law

​

Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable federal or New Jersey law.
